Fees and payment
- A Deposit, calculated as 25% of the total order value applies to all courses.
- Fees are either paid in instalments or in full depending on the course type.
- Where an instalment plan is offered, the final instalment is payable 14 days before the start of the course.
- For bookings received later than 14 days before the start of the course, payment must be made in full.
Cancellations
To cancel a course booking, you must inform us, either by:

- Writing to us at: Titan Development Centre, Barcroft House, Barcroft Street, Bury, BL9 5BN.
In your correspondence you must clearly state your intention to cancel the course booking. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning exercising the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Refunds
- Cancellations received within 14 days of booking your place on the course will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received after the 14-day cancellation period and earlier than 14 days before the start date of the course will receive a refund of any fees paid minus Deposit.
- Cancellations received after the 14-day cancellation period and later than 14 days before the start date of the course will not be eligible for a refund.
